New Light Effect

Here something i learned now :

ITs light effect i first made it on small simple[beutiful] picture:

Edit:Its little BIG because its my first time at this and i will choose next time soemthing better

Other then the fact i know how simple it is..
I really am not a fan of it, the texture doesn't go well.. its repetitive..
The colors are just there..
Good job for a early work though/

She looks like a zombie.
So simple, and not the good simple.

Put more effort into it.

nvm i am all day photoshop and vb i am trying to make simple superjump+stamin hack for me^^ and i learned this effect

Basically i'm not sure how he did it, it might be different but i generally brush (big soft brush). The set that layer to colour. for instance, disco altair:
