Help me with my computer problem

Don't know if it's right section, but lately I can't play any game (even if I just go on google and browse)
±every half an hour, it feels like my laptop doesn't recieve internet for ±1 minute, so when I play games I disconnect (this is really frustrating)
It's isn't my internet because I checked it in various places (5 times) and it's always like this, I just can't play games anymore and it's not only when I'm playing games, it's also when I'm browsing.

When I reset the internet then it works again or I just need to wait a minute
I also keep seeing this 4ad33ddc0c17ab4b19a3754f0ba510db.png it says my internet is perfectly fine but it isn't because it disconnect or this comes up 'This webpage is not available etc.'

Please help.

I don't know, I tried lots of things, I checked everything, but it still keeps doing that.. Like 2 minutes ago I got it..

You mean other peoples internet? Or different places in your house.

Had the same problem changed modem(router) and called my isp.

Go check in you're control panel

Did you, by any chance, changed or touched your Internet settings or anything in the Control Panel ?

No but I just bought a new laptop and it's only having this problem with the new laptop. Didn't change anything..

It was on not anymore now. But would that make a difference, I'm at home with 3 laptops on one connection, so..
