I don't know which way you have loaded the cheats (locally or by php/mysql) so I can't really tell you my idea, but if you have done that by php and mysql then it wouldn't be secure for you.. otherwise the part of 'add own cheat' wasn't usefull since it uses the program as "injector" only.. sorry if I am wrong. Also you had to update it with a fresh list of cheats everytime they get patched.

It does connect to a php script and get the data off a mysql database.

There are enough ways to make it pretty secure.

SSL to ensure a secure tunnel. Prepared Statements to avoid SQL-Injections.

Very neat, i once coded something very similar to this. From experience, i can tell you add a virus scan link with the file and integrate a MD5 hasher of the file so users will know it is the same file, just adds more credibility. Also depending on whether you did straight to database or web based login, make sure that your loader login cannot be traced directly back to the database if you set it up that way (leaves database open to hacking attempts).

Actually, you can. Make a seperate program, simple as that. Have every request be a webrequest just in case it does get out
