Custom shell themes?

Can anybody recommend me some shell themes for windows 7?

I'm currently thinking of getting this Glass Onion for W7 by ~SolMiler on deviantART I would use dawn or dusk, not noon.

Do you guys know any ones?

it is for windows xp

I like getting the Ubuntu/Linux themes. Look some up, they're all nice.
