I know this is being asked dozen of times, but I just cannot found that certain thread.
I want to confirm that "When a user get 2,500 posts will he able to get a underlined name?"

You're in the donator usergroup. You have a different usergroup color.
If you wish to change it to the underlined name (Member Level 2) you can do that after you get the required number of posts and are transferred into the group
You can request an administrator to change your display group then.
