Wild Wild West. Funny, entertaining, but not perfect. I, Robot. Contrived, forced, and a shit ton of lost potential. Bad Boys. Cliche, stereotypical black cop movie. I Am Legend. Shouldn't need to go too much in that. Boring plot, stupid ending, and the biggest part of the movie is when the dumb dog dies. Hancock. Nice try, but no.

I completely agree on I Am Legend. Which is an utter shame, as the book was very intriguing.

That killed the movie for a lot of people, but I never cared for the book. The rest of the movie just seemed so empty. Things happened in jumps, and everything else in between couldn't even really be called filler. It IS technically a theme used in apocalyptic movies, just not done very well.

Indeed is a commonly used recurring theme in those sorts of movies, but it was terrible executed in this case. There were only several standout scenes in the movie, with what lied between seeming dull and unimaginative.
I don't watch non japanese movies so

You know how Dredd says the rookie passed the test, could it set it up for a sequel?
I believe they're considering turning it into a mini-series so that it befits the comics more and the day to day activities of Mega-City One
