Damage Hack?

Someone told me that you can edit the damage of your gun. Does somebody know where I can edit those files or is it patched?

You could never do it, its server sided.

People who have things like 880 damage\bullet are from shooting helicopters, and having the helo crash, for being the last person to hit it, you get the kill + Vehicle destroy points.
