Private ROTMG server (HELP)

I tryed to run my private rotmg server using this method:

I cant view the picture but is the error WsockListenAsync() failed! If yes start your cmd (Windows Terminal) and type netstat -a -n -o . And search which is using the Port 80 if you find the programm type tasklist /fi “PID eq xxxx″ xxxx is the Number. Search the process and kill that via Task Manager

Kill every java Process with the task manager
