Help

Well I have encountered several Issues I have with the Forums which I am Unable to Solve.

First, no matter how hard I tried, I can't find a "edit signature" button, anywhere. Could someone point me out to where would that be?

I have activated my account but I am unable to send private messages, Why Could that be?
