Games0124 SIG REQUEST

Hey, guys I suck at photoshoping. But I would really like a nice looking sig. Pleasee, I won't start requesting more I just want one, and I will stick with it forever.

1. I would like it to be formed around Assassins Creed.

2. I want my website name (Games0124) and my Nickname (Tanzan) inside the picture.

3. And, uhhh the website requires the picture to be 500X100 or 19.5KB, so you should keep the picture there, right

Thank-You Soooo much if you can make me one
