Is the DLC only out for Xbox atm?

IIRC, the character DLC will be released on May. The v1.5.0 patch apparently contains DLC character compatibility files. You'll see in the GBX BL2 forum about players already finding items for Krieg.

You can't edit that you have the DLCs... I hope you know that.

on nosteam game you get all dlc for free einstein like all game
