Need help with something

Hey guys,

I don't know where to put this (i'm new) so i put it here in general.
I have a problem with my ps3, when I connect it with my tv A philips the words etc are way too big (bigger than normal

)

Kinda hard to see the pictures because of the glow from the tv., Plus don't worry if the words are a little bigger. If it causes any trouble with you gameplay then thats when you need help.

oh sorry, i will try to explain.
The starting screen of the normal ps3 has smaller pictures etc

like for example normal it is "Internet" and now it is "internet"

Can't you change the text size in settings?

but it's not only with the text size it's also in game. It's like zoomed in or something

your tv settings are what has changed, probably the aspect ratio. just mess around with the tv settings there might be a zoom button or something like that and you can fix it pretty easy

try holding the ps3 button to reset the settings hold the ps3 button till u hear a second beep

yeah my tv has different settings like: auto fill, auto zoom, super zoom, 4:3, subtitle zoom, movie expand etc but when i do like super zoom this happens

the side goes away
i resetted my setting of my ps3 and still the same problem :S

why does that matter though, just play a game and then if the game is fine then

his tv is zoomed in, if you don't understand and can't help what are you doing posting?
whatever, like i said before you're aspect ratio is fk'd up. you need to get it on 16:9 or normal. mess around with your tv settings until you get it right.

Your TV remote should have a display button or something that changes from like Normal, Wide screen, Zoom, Cinema, etc

Try that. Or go to the display settimgs. Are you using HDMI?
