I would say its roughly the same. Just search for data import and then import self contained file. Easy as that

Oh so have you entered the mysql connection? If you have then find Manage import/export and all is done. It should be on the left side

I don't have this version, I have the latest one! This tutorial is outdated. =/

Oh wait, I got that up, now i'm stuck on 28, trying to find WServer.

Go to bin/debug/wserver

It's that easy unless you got an error or it didn't compile or you haven't compiled it yet. Did you rebuild the solution?

Sometimes when I install the Server, it doesn't install all of the files required to run the server.
9 out of 10 times, it will only appear with

Why is this?

What source are you using.. If I were you I would use an updated source
