I can't find my wserver.exe, it won't finish the download for me, waddah fuck is wrong? I really really want to play!

'Load error, retrying' instantly after i open it please help im using version 2.5 is it something to do with that?

when i click server.exe it just crashes help?

Each time I download, for some reason, the wserver.exe isn't in the bin. Please help me! I did everything it said to do above, plz plz plz help! I really want to play.!
