help with error code

ok i recently just got windows vista i go to download combat arms its on desktop i open it and wel this happens

and i posted on nexon they didnt do anything help me!

I literally cannot find this error. Thats strange. What have you tried so far? What is your operating system.

Well we came to the conclusion that he has a bad case of spyware
