if you dont know how to use the mpgh upload system then here

1. put the file in a .rar file (go to bottom of post for more info)
2. press Edit Post
3. press go advanced (if already not)
4. get 2 virus scans 1 from jotti and 1 from virus total and put urls of them in
5. press atachments (paper clip icon)
6. press add files
7. press select files
8. double click your file
9. press upload files
10. press insert inline

Virus Total - https://www.virustotal.com/en/

how to use jotti
1. press choose file
2. find file and double click it
3. then press submit file
4. wait for it to be done scanning
5. copy and paste url into post

how to use virus total
1. press choose file
2. find your file and double click it
3. press Scan it!
4. wait for it to be done scanning
5. copy and paste url to post

if you dont have a .rar program use WinRAR WinRAR download and support: Post-Download
i know it says 40 day trial but when 40 days is up all it will do is say your trial has expired would you like to purchase full version but it still lets you use it

if you dont know how to put a file into a .rar here

1. right click
2. go to new and press WinRAR Archive
3. type a name for it
4. press and hold your file and drag it into the .rar file
5. now it should let you upload it

I think that doesn't consider as an External Link, since he paused between words and doesn't appears as an URL. So..
