Is there any way to increase the fire rate of an Infinity pistol, more than 10.4?
Not legitly (The modded gun will be removed unless its in the bank), you can boost it using the Sheriff's Badge, modding your BadAss values for fire rate and so on.
You can edit your Firerate Badass Rank to increase it.
Is there anyway I can just edit the firerate? Not having to press enter on increase firerate while redeeming badass tokens?

Just download, open (if you dont have Cheat Engine installed download and install it) and select the Badass Rank table.There you can edit your bonus % of every badass bonus.
