PC problem please help!!!!!!!

I have a problem with .net framework. I have it installed ( the latest version),but when ever i start a program that needs it it says that i need to install it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it over and over again but with no luck. Does any one have a solution for this?

Have you installed other versions too? For example, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0 and 2.0? Windows 7 doesn't require 2.0-3.5.

Try this .Net framework fully remover
open it and choose "All versions"

After reinstalling Install 3.5 then 4 and then 4.5
