This cannot be detected because it doesn't change the game in any way, it just analyses the change of color and then triggers a left mouse click.
It's a little buggy and sometimes triggers when not looking at enemies, so feel free to play around with the code to improve it!

Thanks for pointing that out RAWR. Also if you guys read the previous posts you would have noticed that this is OUTDATED and might even be detected after the last patch. So again to the mods, please close this thread! Gamersfirst patched the use of the 64-Bit version of AutoIt and the 32-Bit version can get you banned if you're unlucky.

well thats what i experienced:
running the 64-bit version of the script didnt work at all
and when running the 32-bit version, punkbuster kicks occur and might cause a ban later on.
