new server

I want to create a minecraft server on my second pc, it a Q6700cpu with 4GB ram and 240gb raptor in a raid. My internet connection is 12mb upload and 70mb download. The only problem is that I have a cap on my data of 500gb, is this good or not ?

I guess you could handle a small server.

If you don't run anything else, you could handle around 10 players at the same time I think.
Dont forget to port forward though
