FPS Unlocker

Is there any FPS Unlocker for Black Ops II?
If Yes could somebody share it ?

theres a vid saying fps between 121-124 gives you an advantage(your gun shoots faster and run faster) than with people with 200 fps.. i really dont know how this could be..

when you have a nvidia card - use Nvidia Inspector, set the max frame limit to 124 and in game menu set it to unlimited.

U can use Dxtory to limit your fps like 125 instead of unlimited.

How can i change there the FPS Settings?
