Looking for a map viewer/ recorder.

Hi, I've been playing on a FTB Ultimate server where the borders are +/- 20k its a full raid/pvp server, and its so impossible to find anyone to raid with those distances. I've been using devnull to xray the ground while I fly around, but its still a no go. Anyhow I got the idea that I wouldn't mind scanning the ground so much if I could keep track of where I had been.

The question is: Are there any programs or plugins that will actively track and build a map of where I have been, and what is new to me? Kind of like a fog of war on games like RTS where you cant see it until you send units into it, etc. You know what I mean...

Keep in mind, this is the recommended version of FTB Ultimate, so I can add client sided plugins (i.e. DevNull)

Well you could maybe use waypoints to mark spots you have already been to?
