PS2 Ban questions

So i was recently banned from ps2 and i made a new account, like no big deal and i cant go to any of the SOE sites and I keep getting an error when i try to start the launchpad that it cant connect, i have tryed uninstalling and re-installing and some stuff with my firewall, i also fragmented my hard drive, so if anyone could help me with this error that would be awesome.

i think their actual server is down. i checked a sever status on another website and it said, "The Server Status API is not correctly reporting status. We have notified SOE of this issue."

I seem to have been banned too?

I have the problem too.. I really want to play again and the support doesn't even answer me on e-mail
