So you did some thing wrong or you have some problems.

Try this as well:
1. Open Tools menu.
2. Select Options.
3. Select 'Windows Form Designer' on the left tree.
4. Under Toolbox, find 'Automatically Populate Toolbox'.

Make sure that is set to true.

Save options, close options, and rebuild again.
