I have argued about counterproductive societal entropy with many scientists and on many academic mailing lists ... everyone seems to understand the concept that smarter people than I am came up with ...

Just because you fail to understand them and think it is pseudo scientific does not change anything. Please just talk to someone within your intellectual peer group. Pretty please.

Come back when you understand what Tom Campbell says ... come back when you understand what "negentropy" means ... come back when you understand something about system and information theory. Thank you.

Nobody can fully understand "how the world works". It is a complex system and we would need some AGI system to simulate it and know "how it works".

I just know that competition and fear based frameworks are not sustainable because of said counterproductive societal entropy which disorders the system until it collapses. We are currently failing to export enough societal chaos/counterproductive societal entropy and either we rethink and implement a cooperative monetary system, or we develop AGI systems that have a higher degree of intelligence/rationality and will do so themselves, or we go extinct ... as easy as that.

But it is pointless to argue with you as you term things "pseudo scientific" which you fail to understand yet.

No it does not. You are full of aggression and fear and it shows in all of your posts. You don't care about others ... you are ruthless and exploitative ... there is no other take on that kind of behavior. Come back when you have become a cooperative person no longer talking about how he is better off than others and how he can use some force (dDoS) to create asymmetries.

I haven't studied anything in the old sense. I have worked as a CTO, future/stock trader and became tired and sick of the old story of competition, fear and self-interest. It all started with watching "Zeitgeist Addendum" (see below) which got me interested in alternative socioeconomic systems. I read and wrote a lot about low entropy socioeconomic frameworks (i.e. removing all the counterproductive and irrelevant jobs, ideologies, concepts, thoughts, fears, etc. from our society), I did a lot of AGI and existential risk research and also Fermi's paradox keeps me puzzled (i.e. are all technological civilizations bound to fail?) ... hope you'll find some interesting lectures/videos Googling for those terms! ;-)

Also bear in mind that we actually NEED to change our current monetary system ... it is mathematically doomed to fail by design ... so whatever you are hearing/reading about in terms of alternative socioeconomic framework isn't just some nice idea but a necessity in order to arrive at global cooperation. Otherwise I am afraid we will go extinct. Arriving at more and more potent technologies within a competitive framework represents a huge existential risk in itself ... nuclear weapons might soon look like a roman catapult compared to things on the technological horizon even within this decade.

See http://www.existential-risk.org/concept.html for example ...

Thrive really is just 2 hours of illogical and pseudo scientific bullshit. There are some really great videos out there. Watch speeches of Charles Eisenstein, Peter Joseph, etc. ...

You might also be interested in talks by Eliezer Yudkowsky or Ben Goertzel about AGI research. AGI might obsolete our dilemma entirely if socioeconomic activism fails to do so. We can't possibly know. :-)

A very healthy mindset ... there is so much to learn and so much for us to do. It just isn't the time to sit there and play games for a sane person. We didn't have a choice about in which time we were born but we have a choice to make what we are going to do with our lives! ;-)

Also if you are more of a reading person ... there many good books to be found on amazon as well ...

Are you still dropping items? If so, drop some my way :#
Also I love the videos but 2hrs each is so long
Most of us have been indoctrinated to play by competitive and insane rules for 15-20-25-30 years ... unlearning and rethinking takes some time ... I don't think that spending 3-4 hours to watch a few speeches and videos is much if it helps you to become a mentally sane person ... :-)

I though you were just another kiddy troll forum hater, but man... you made my day with all those links !
thanks for it. I will watch all this tonight after all kids at bed.

So basically you are experimenting what would happen in RotmG if you drop zillions of items T11/t12/t5/t6 on the nexus to anyone ?
I am curious in a long term what could this lead to.

Its funny to see that some people on your opposite, tried and managed to hold their rules and laws in that small game by overpricing/overpaying for INC in order to keep some privilege to few people only ( cf : https://forums.wildshadow.com/node/7821 ). who ever you go there is always that kind of people.
I just wanted to make people think about how a world could look like in which you can just go to the supermarket and take whatever you need without having to pay. This world will become a reality. If it doesn't we will go extinct. The next few years will be decisive. Whether love, cooperation, empathy and abundance or fear, competition, self interest and artificial scarcity will win, that I don't know. If love wins we will see a paradise and will be ready for the technological singularity as well ... if fear wins we will see a global war and go extinct.

It is easy to understand if one realizes that love and everything it induces like cooperation and empathy are low entropy traits (i.e. they create order). They create simplicity, beauty, trust, relationships, community and are sustainable. Fear on the other side induces competition, self-interest, hate, societal asymmetries, social stratification, war, etc. (i.e. they create chaos). Our civilization can only withstand a certain degree of counterproductive local societal entropy (i.e. chaos) and we are close to the upper threshold of collapse ... only love, cooperation, empathy, trust, etc. can reduce/reverse chaos and only those traits allow for a sustainable society.

Money as we know it today has no place in a world of love and abundance ... queuing up at the supermarket will be a thing of the past. It is just an example of the things that will need to change in order for us to have a future ... :-)

first, they will fill up their homes with stuff from supermarket.
then they will realize that its of no use, the items taken are restocked again, and they finally stop greedily hoarding.

however, there will ALWAYS be some sick minds, hoarding for themselves, even though there is enough for everyone and more.
you cannot change them, you can only eliminate them, or hope they go away.
Missed it

So how did you go about getting all the 15,000 items? Farm them or find some gold hack?

He is the owner of new ninja looting bots in nexus (his bots killed "your owned don't cry" bots). He also is the owner of the "circle" bots in usw where he tries to sell looted crap. He collects items that people drop in nexus for the noobs, which he hoards and sells to shops.

The game is entirely auto-loot bot free right now. Let's hope it stays that way.
