Legendary Modded Class mods?

I was just traded a class mod, it is pink, has all of these ability +4 5 6 and it doesnt leave my inventory as a modded item. I tried to edit it in gibbed and it dissappeared when i changed things to it.

I know how to make weapons in gibbed and cool ones at that, but i never figured out how to assign different rarities...

My questions are

How can a class mod stay in the inventory without being removed?

How can you put different rarities on it?

Do any onf you know where i can find some pastecodes for modded class mods?

If it's modded in such a way as to have impossible stats or effects, you'll need to put it in the bank before quitting the game (or when you're creating it), or it'll be erased when you load your save. After that, to actually give it the wanted effects, you need to have the code for such effect and paste it in one of the empty part.
