If this is supposed to be a signature it's way too big. Text is too big too.
Try not to make your text take up that much canvas,
it's usually the least appealing thing on it so you don't want that drawing all attention.

It's way too big, honestly. Signatures should typically be small and compact as apposed to big and bulky. This is especially true in this case since there really isn't anything going on that would warrant using such large dimensions. There's a lot of space that's just empty and so it becomes more of a distraction than anything.

I don't really like the text, either. The image style has a grunge, mystical, anime style and then that mood is broken by the newspaper style font of the text. It, to me, clashes. The color, imo, should probably be the average color of the rest of the image. The shade of orange just seems too different from the rest of the image. So, basically, what you have is a signature that is way too large, has very little going on, and what IS going on clashes.

Definitely needs work.

edit: Your current version of the sig is...better, but still needs work. The font is a much better choice, but the awful outer glow really doesn't work. Try your best to NEVER use default layer style configurations.
