Only if that bad apple is contagious. I also think people with diseases should be killed to stop the spreading. Like they should kill everyone with STD's and problems they will never heal from. Its a waste of time, money, and space.

No, no, Best time for humanity was when there was little technology among civilians. Almost like the '70s, there was technology, just nothing advanced - and it was unpopular compared to today's use of technology.
