WTSPaypal Verification

Hey guys, I've been doing this for a few people outside MPGH and a member in MPGH too. But I haven't "officially" opened a thread for my service I've been doing. Anyways, I do PayPal verification that won't ever get unverified, and if it does somehow get unverified, I'll completely re-verify it and if it does not work (high unlikely) I'll completely refund you.

This service costs only $5 and has to be sent via PayPal. I don't accept trades unless it is for something I am interested in..

The verification will take between 5-15 minutes depending on how fast my internet is at the time.

What comes with the verification:

-Bank Account Verification
-VCC (Credit Card) Verification

Is it etrade And does it work for non-us countries?

Would it work for an account that's Verified, but has limitations due to the recent regulation changes? I need to provide proof of address and such, and I'm on fake info
