You can make a proxy in any advanced language (Java and C++ are the most common). However, if you are learning the language just to make a proxy, you will have a hard time
Rotmg is made with flash, so it uses actionscript 3.
Is action script what the developers of rotmg used or no? also if you have the time Nilly could you tell me how you learned as to how to make a rotmg hack client.
Any java tutorials? More on the network side.
