CS Issues

I was wondering if there is a way to make something that tells you when you can last hit for cs. Like a symbol that tells you when to last hit or maybe even last hit for you (Most likely not, worth asking though) I'd find this very useful for alot of players. Please let me know, looking forward to hearing from you guys.

There are numerous public programs that can do this. But it shouldn't be that hard to look at how much ad you have (bottom left) and how much health the minion is on (by clicking on it) to last hit. If you're unable to simply do this you'll be too busy watching for the symbol that'll tell you when to last hit, leaving yourself open for harass anyway.
