Own Server = Never Banned?

If i rent my own server and never play any server but, since I am admin is it possible to never get banned? ;D

You can be Battleye banned.

oki. if i turn battleye off will i get a bunch of nobs join? i just wanna play with friends (and public if they like) and have no one hack but me

As long as yu have BE off you should be fine unless you have good anti hack on the server

Or he could add a whitelist and add a password and give to his friends so only they can join.

Yeah, many people had made the mistake of making their own server with BE enabled thinking that they won't get banned as admin, that was a grave mistake by all whom thought that. Also DayZ developers may put you in the server blacklist which means that your server won't be represented well.
