I tested his newer version, his resource hack is no lie and it will get released if people are patient. I know you were joking, but just saying. As it turns out, it even works for blueprint drops. Just hold your horses and whitegun will be the saviour of this forum section, if he isn't already.

Hacking mods in is sort of possible. If we had the drop value for mods, you would be able to change it to whatever mod you want it to be, but only if you also have the value of the actual mods. This way you would always pick up a certain type of mod. Hacking in larger quantities of mods, not sure. You would probably still have to actually gather mods legitly, so far. Of course, solo mode is pretty much entirely offline, so anything is possible, just not with the kind of hacks that have been released lately.

Maybe that's something for White to think about then eh? it would make fusions much easier if we had a bunch of the same mod to fuse would it not? 20 organ shatters should get you a level 10 organ shatter shouldn't it? if im wrong please educate me im new to warframe and it's mechanics so i don't know all the logic behind them. i would look forward to a hack such as this since im having trouble finding and leveling mods i want.

Yes same mod is best, but as you go up, you need more. Double each time. Think you need 1023 for rank 10. read this page
