First and foremost, organ shatter doesn't even go up to 10.
It's a 5 max skill.
Which means it takes 32 of the same mod to max.
But when it comes to a level 10 skill?
It's multiplicative of 2 each time you do it.
Take 32x2, then 64x2, then 128x2.
Then do that a few more times until you've doubled the amount of the same mod you've needed each time.

You end up with 1024.
So you'd need a hell of a lot more than 20.

It's more controllable than that. I'll explain it as soon as whitegun decides to release it in the first place. No need to run ahead of ourselves ;-).

The version that is waiting to get approved right now doesn't include the resource hack yet.

well you guys keeps on saying approval... can you just wait.. ?? didnt you guys read the rules.. ?? if you say "please approve" it will take longer to be approve.. lol

What's hilarious here is that the mods in mpgh are so horrificly slow that by the time they approve this, there might just be another patch already -_-.
