Most hack developers know how to make their own site or can use a template to get a site up and going if they want to sell their work. Teaming up with people like yourself, no offense, is not worth it as you are doing little to nothing compared to the work that the hack maker does so all the split percentages that the web devs want are laughable at best. You probably wont find anyone on this site that will want to do work with you, especially if you think you are going to do a 50/50 split.
You should take the time you use to look for coders to just start learning a language. In due time you should be able to start making some simple hacks, then move into more advanced features etc. and just start your own site yourself.
