HelpQuick question please

Hey guys. I just became admin of a server. Disabled BattlEye and I would like to try out this menu. Only problem is I don't know how ._.

Well. I can't post the link. But it's the most popular in the hacks section and is called InfiSTAR_ChewStar Release

And the "Instructions" don't explain anything or very well. If someone could help me out and tell me how to do it that'd be great. Thanks

You can somehow use the server to hack, with battleye on.
I got a friend who hosts a server, no idea how he does it though.
