Quick question please

Hey guys. I just became admin of a server. Disabled BattlEye and I would like to try out this menu. Only problem is I don't know how ._.

Well. I can't post the link. But it's the most popular in the hacks section and is called InfiSTAR_ChewStar Release

And the "Instructions" don't explain anything or very well. If someone could help me out and tell me how to do it that'd be great. Thanks
