So I'm guessing you get this and then you try to open a gray/black hisec case while having one of these to get one of those guns perm?

You buy one of those tickets and whichever ticket you get gives you a advantage in the new Arms Race (Gun Game) mode.

If you choose the silver ticket you get the weapons displayed on the page for the silver ticket, its random, when you kill one person you will get another weapon and if you have this silver ticket you will get one of the silver tickets weapons.

Same goes for the gold ticket, so far nothing known about it, maybe if you login you can know, probably a NX purchasable one.

This is right. You have to get like 3 or 4 kills per gun and you get those guns if you have the silver ticket and what not. The guns aren't for yout o keep, just to play with during that game.

What a scam.

New content like this makes me even more keen for Shadow Company.

Nexon can't explain jack.... They have like the worst writers ever that news post made no sense at all they say equip the ticket once I won I didn't get a single weapon or crate. Which explains why nexon is such a fail company... Not saying combat arms is bad but nexon is.
