question about dayz scripts

hey guys i havent been playing dayz for some months now
and some guy told me that there are only a few script hacks left and that they are pretty much all detected...

is that true ? or was he bullshitting?

im just wondering since i really enjoyed being god ingame and if i play dayz again only with that option^^
