what target process do i pick ?

bf3.exe that the target

OMG.............

You use an Injector. (Recommend Winject)

Then you select the process (Bf3.exe)
Then the .DLL you want to inject.

Then press inject when it says "Loading Level".

Bam you have your hack.
This has been solved.
