HelpMicrosoft .NET Framework issue

Recently when I've tried to open up the hacks this always happens, I already installed the latest version of framework but this still keeps popping up

I had that issue. all you need to do to fix this is follow my steps..

1.Extract the hack into your desktop
2.Right click the hack and then click "Properties"
3.Look at the tabs on the top, and then click the "Security" tab
4.Look for the button "Advanced" then click it
5.Now find the "Owner" tap and click it
6.Click "Edit"
7.Now Listen carefully, look for the sub heading "Change owner to" then under that heading, look for "ADMINISTRATORS"
8.Click "ADMINISTRATORS" ONCE! then it should be blue
9.After you have highlighted it, click "Apply"
10.close everything then it should work

p.s. the hack is detected but if you get this error it will be handy
