worldedit i use for schematics mostly im guessing you know the other features of
worldedit
essentials is all the basic needs for your server
groupmanager starts you of with permisons E.G. Newbies, Players, Mods, Admins(i used that as co-owner), Owner the wiki for group manager is

NoCheat is like a anti hack plugin stoping players from flying, you can fly in gamemode it also tells you who hacking on the server but i just vanish and tp to them to see what they doing before i ban them

now for how to get epic pvp arena, spawn, mob arena and shops with out deleteing your world or useing mcedit
its called worldedit
here is the one i used

things you need to do before finding yor pvp arena
1. get worldedit
2 in plugins\worldedit make a folder called schematics
3 now do this
go to PMC aka planetminecraft then type in something like epic pvp arena schematic
when you find your pvp arena make sure it has something like this
(somthing glitchy happend there ^^)
then download it in your server\plugin\worldedit\schematics folder
when your in-Game type //schematic load name of file (forget the end part where it say .schamtic)
then look for a good place and type //paste if you dont like it type //undo
