First Way:
-Press WindowButton+R To Open Run And Type Gpedit.Msc
-Go To Administrative Templates Then Network.
-Go To Background Intelligent Transfer Service Folder Then Open Maximum Network Bandwith That Bits Uses File.
-Make It Enabled And Add To Limits Bits Transfer Rate Value Which Is 40 E.G.(If You Found It 10 Make It 50 If You Found It 20 Make It 60).
-Check Use All Avialable Unused Bandwith And At The End Of The Window You'll See Another Limits Bits Transfer Rate In This You'll Add Value Which Is 30 E.G(If You Found It 20 Make It 50 If You Found It 30 Make It 60) .

Second Way:
-Go To Gpedit.Msc // // // Then Network Then QoS Packet Scheduler Open Limit Reservable Bandwidth File.
-Enable It And Change It From 20 To 0.
-Click On OK And Go To Limit Outstanding Packets In The Same Folder.
-Make It Enabled And You Will See The Value Changed To 65535 If It's Not Then Change It Manually To 65535.
-Go To Set Timer Resolution And Disable It.
-After You Did This Way Restart Your Pc.

Third Way:
-Make An Notepad File And Copy&Paste This Then Name It Dnscache.Reg (Registry File).

-RClick On My Computer And Properties Then Remote Tap And Uncheck Allow Remote Assistance Invitation To Be Sent From This Computer.
-Open Cmd As Administrator And Type On It : Ping Host Then Enter ، Ping Port Then Enter ، Ping Port1027 Then Enter ، Ping Port80 Then Enter ، Ping Proxy Then Enter ، Ping Port Then Enter.

Do not mess with it !

These things usually make little to no difference. All you really need is a server in or near your country, a decent internet provider and in certain cases a N model router/adapter.

Don't mess with it unless you completely know what you are doing.

Who cares ? BF3 uses client side hit detection anyway
