😠 failed to download version.ini

i have failed to download version.ini what shall i do when i click the patcher it appear to me this failed to download version.ini

what shall i do

Create an Text file and name it Version.ini (be sure it's .ini not .ini.txt)
then C+P The Code in it. if you're using Europe tell me

when i start the game it delete all what i write !!!
