It's in Graphics options, one of few first options.
If you can't change your res to 1600x1024, you can't use this hack.

The desc says it only works in windowed mode. Try that?

um it says the hack is activated in the top left but doesnt do anything after that like it doesnt work

doesnt work for my
windows 8 64bit
i tried it on v1.7 and on v1.0 ( i played in window mode )
in the left corner i saw the (COD4 HAck by Zeeraxis) but i cant see any esp boxes or aim

Is Window Res 1600x1024 ?

Msvcp110.dll Error do you have any other solutions to this? I tried to put it into the system 32 folder but for some reason it still doesn't work...

Which one do I delete I have a lot and can you guide me through what I need and what I dont so I can delete the unneeded ones? Here is a screen shot of the files

If I'm not wrong, it doesn't show as application.
