Well, actually, it has all the features to do so: Skype uses the system font, the chat names' colors can easily be retrieved with the color picker, and you can move selections pixel by pixel. Sometimes it's even better than Photoshop.

I also want to point out they try to hide stuff and it usually doesn't work very well. It is done very sloppily etc.
