While testing my rez mod that I decided to make I was perm banned on my main.
I don't know if it was due to the rez modding or not one thing for sure is I never hacked on it.
Is it possible nexon would ban me for doing L9 rez mod?

Nexon can't check your files without permission (This is not my statement, someone who had proof said this), so unless you told a fuckton of people, posted a video with your username apparent with your player screen running around with a modded L96, or just pissed someone off and he had a lot of friends, then no. You should not have been banned for .rez modding, because if you didn't do any of the things on that list, Nexon has no way of knowing whether you .rez mod or not. I'm not IP banned I can log on my alt. Well I guess there goes a famous Nexon false ban ;_; now to wait 3-5 years for a response on the ticket!

Hopefully, you'll get a fast GM, the 3-5 year wait will be worth it, your account is an investment here, so you can sell it to us when it gets unbanned if you lose interest in the game or the account o(｀ω´*)o. Don't forget to edit out all the details about your account in the original post! （°o°；）
