Im 95% sure that you take like a 3 hour training course and then receive some sort of certificate (license) saying that you're a licensed alcohol seller
You're thinking of the RSA certificate, I've got one. It just allows you to serve alcohol at a licensed establishment but you still can't sell your own. The actual licenses to sell are different and they don't require courses afaik. But it depends on which country.

Oh, yeah that's like bartending right? My brother had to get that cert but he also got the license to sell alcohol, not exactly sire how he got it :/ my mum has a license to sell it too. I actually wonder how they'd give you it since you can't really do a course on selling alcohol haha

The harder part is setting up the actual business to sell it. You need so many fucking permits and it changes from state to state. NJ is a bitch to get certified to sell alcohol, a buddy of mine opened his own liquor store and ended up spending over 30 grand on permits alone.
Holy shit! There would also be a massive risk in accidentally selling to underage people, the store owner gets fined like $5k?
I have a friend that used a fake I.d to buy cigarettes and cops walked in straight after and asked for his I.d and he pulled out his real on instead of his fake one and the store owner was massively fined, pretty sure the shops closed down now :/

Is it legal to brew alcohol though?

I think it's illegal to brew alcohol in the US, not sure tho.
It is legal I think to make alcohol from fruit.
You'll prolly get something around 12% then.
However, you can buy the cheapest high % alcohol and put fruit and other things in there, kinda like a soup, and you'll have a high % nice tasting bottle of licker

Since there's a poetry section, why not a brewing section?
I think alot of people would be interested in this.
I can teach how to make basic alcohol, beer, whine, and alot of other alcoholic drinks.
And ofc mix in some of my own drinks
How do you guys feel about this?
You would beable to find how to create your own licker, and also suggest idea's, and share your own small(or big!) successes!
Sounds good?
