Instructions:

3. Run COD4!
*Do NOT close the loader after startup; it will close after randomization*
4. When ingame, press delete to open the menu.
5. Use arrow keys/enter to navigate the menu and select features.

Nice hack, only kicks you on sertain mods displaying "AimTarget_GetTagPos: Cannot find tag [tag_eye] on entity" but only when infantry ESP is enabled.
further no probolems, really nice!
