5. Use arrow keys/enter to navigate the menu and select features.

It's working fine for me.. 
Nice hack, only kicks you on sertain mods displaying "AimTarget_GetTagPos: Cannot find tag [tag_eye] on entity" but only when infantry ESP is enabled.
