How does the recoil adjust work exactly, does the 0.00 mean no recoil, or 2384273487 means no recoil?

doesnt work for me now.
earlier it worked but now it doesnt i play on gameranger and when i join a game it sound like bomb blast and robotic arm but now it doesnt no esp shows in or anything.
and when i exit the game the loader is still there (i think its a c4)
do something to help. (i dont cheat usually because im a good player but on gr 79% of ppl hack and act like playing pros and so admins dont kick them after spectating them and im frustated so thought to get back the hacks but now nothing is wokring)
im on windows 7 x86 and game version is v1.7
