your main thread:
UINT WINAPI Hook(VOID *)

and why are you using Parameter hinstDll in CreateThread when you don't use the parameter in your main thread?
CreateThread(NULL, NULL, (LPTHREAD_START_ROUTINE)call hook, hinstDLL, NULL, NULL);
